    HOULTON — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Houlton during the month of May.
    Richard W. Adams, 51, Sherman: obstructing report of crime, $300 fine and 180 days in jail with all but 60 days suspended.
    Adam Anderson, 21, Patten: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Melissa R. Anderson, 35, Houlton: violating condition of release (two counts), seven days in jail (first) and 15 days in jail (second).
    John Belyea, Jr., 27, Houlton: trafficking in dangerous knives and violating condition of release, four days in jail (each).
    Tonia Berryman, 22, Biddeford: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Steven Berthiaume, 30, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
    John Betschner, 23, Smyrna Mills: attaching false plates, $100 fine.
    Troy R. Bishop, 43, Smyrna: allowing dog to be at large, $50 fine.
    Isaac A. Botting, 19, Island Falls: violating condition of release and operating while license suspended or revoked, filed without costs (each).
    Mark A. Boyce, 42, Hodgdon: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Hubert Caron, 63, Deerfield, N.H.: rule violation operating after disqualified, $250 fine.
    Bryan Clark, 21, Houlton: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
    Ryan J. Dhuy, 32, Hodgdon: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, $250 fine.
    Earl J. Farrar, 57, Cary Plantation: violating protective order, $250 fine.
    Tifanee Fraughton, 37, Jefferson: violating condition of release, $250 fine and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.
    Jordan P. Geiger, 21, Littleton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
    Marilyn Grendell, 75, Houlton: passing stopped school bus, dismissed.
    Richard Haney, 39, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine and $148 restitution.
    Timothy J. Hanson, 19, Van Buren: violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail.
    Christopher Harvey, 22, Linneus: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed on $100 costs.
    Brian F. Hayes, 20, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
    Ryan Keith Jay, 35, Hodgdon: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
    Samantha Jewell, 20, Houlton: allowing dog to be at large, $100 fine.
    Raymond W. Kervin, 37, Houlton: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
    Quinn A. Kinney, 23, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
