Annual Trek Across Caribou keeps kids in motion

Gearing up to continue their Trek Across Caribou, cyclists leave their first pit-stop at the Collins Pond picnic area on Saturday morning, heading for the high school.

Even after riding their bicycles from Hilltop Elementary School to the Caribou High School in the annual Trek Across Caribou event, these young cyclists had energy left over for ice cream cones and the challenge of rock climbing.

In a field of many, Sydney Eaton, was ready to continue on the Trek Across Caribou on Saturday morning, after stopping to refuel at the Collins Pond picnic area. The young cyclists started their trek at Hilltop Elementary School and would end at the Caribou High School.
