CARIBOU, Maine — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of April.
Adam Austin, 30, Newport: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $600 fine and 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed; and operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Vernon D. Baker, 34, Allagash: domestic violence assault, $300 fine and 364 days in prison, all suspended; domestic violence terrorizing, 364 days in prison, all suspended and one year’s probation; violating condition of release, six months in jail; assault, dismissed; and aggravated assault, five years in prison, all but 18 months suspended and three years’ probation.
Joseph Patrick Bennett, 44, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault (two counts), 12 months in prison, all but 107 days suspended and two years’ probation (first), dismissed (second); and violating condition of release, 100 days in jail.
Amie J. Bouchard, Jr., 26, Van Buren: tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, dismissed; domestic violence assault, 364 days in prison, all suspended, two years’ probation; obstructing report of crime, and violating condition of release, 120 days in jail (each); and assault, $300 fine and 120 days in jail.
Steve R. Boucher, 50, Caribou: forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine (each).
Christopher L. Brown, 23, Caribou: probation violation, 125 days in jail, probation continued.
Jorge Campos, 26, Raymondville, Texas: unlawful sexual touching and unlawful sexual contact, nine months in jail (each); tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, one year in prison; and assault, $300 fine and nine months in jail.
Martin K. Chambers, 49, Fort Fairfield: aggravated assault, withdrawn.
James B. Coolidge, 54, Caribou: forgery, $350 fine.
Kenneth Cormier, 52, Grand Isle: fishing violation of number, amount, weight or size, $120 fine.
Colter Cross, 23, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail and $469.99 restitution; assault, $300 fine and 30 days in jail; and obstructing report of crime, 30 days in jail.
Wayne A. Cyr, 51, Limestone: failing to comply with sex offender regulation act, second offense, 14 days in jail.
Mahalah W. Davenport, 53, Washburn: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
Steven M. Doughty, 49, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Joshua D. Dunn, 23, Presque Isle: probation violation, six months in jail and probation revoked.
Michael A. Fisher, 29, Presque Isle: probation violation, 12 months in prison, probation partially revoked; obstructing report of crime, domestic violence assault, prior, and theft by receiving stolen property, 60 days in jail (each).
Jean Marc Gagne, 47, Ashland: domestic violence terrorizing and domestic violence assault, dismissed (each).
Jason Z. Goodblood, 25, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, 15 days in jail; and domestic violence assault, one year in prison, all but 93 days suspended and two years’ probation.
Mark B. Graves, 34, Castle Hill: unlawful sexual touching, 364 days in prison, all suspended and one year’s probation; violating condition of release, dismissed; and unlawful sexual contact, six months in jail.
Steven L. Graves, 23, Fort Fairfield: hindering apprehension or prosecution, $1,000 fine and nine months in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine, three years in prison, all but nine months suspended and two years’ probation.
Benjamin F. Gregory, 21, Caribou: criminal forfeiture of property, forfeiture; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $400 fine, three years in prison, all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation (first), $400 fine (second).
Wayne C. Gudreau, 54, Presque Isle: furnishing liquor to a minor and unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, dismissed (each).
Christopher M. Haines, 25, Woodland: burglary, 88 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Misty D. Hodsdon, 20, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of oxycodone, $750 fine, one year in prison, all but 30 days suspended and one year’s probation.
Ernest J. Jalbert, 47, East Hartford, Conn.: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
Carroll A. Langille, Jr., 38, Mapleton: assault, six months in jail, all but 14 days suspended, admin. release sentence one year and $35,000 restitution.

Larsen, 30, Presque Isle: OUI, priors, $1,100 fine, 30 days in jail and six years’ license and registration suspension; aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, $1,000 fine and one year in prison; operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, $1,000 fine and nine months, one day in prison; and violating condition of release, six months in prison.
Brian A. Marquis, 26, Frenchville: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $750 fine, six months in jail, all but 20 days suspended and admin. release sentence of one year.
Adam P. McKinney, 36, Berwick: assault, $300 fine, 364 days in jail, all but 46 days suspended and one year’s probation; and gross sexual assault, dismissed.
Benjamin A. Monteith, 27, Caribou: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, four years in prison, all but two years six months suspended, three years’ probation and $10,491.98 restitution; criminal mischief and burglary, judgment of acquittal (each).

Theriault, 28, Presque Isle: probation violation, four years in prison, probation revoked; unlawful possession of hydromorphone, $400 fine and two years in prison; operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and one year in prison; and aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $400 fine and six years in prison.
Brandon Tuck, 24, Fort Fairfield: OUI, one prior, dismissed; and driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.
Blair Webb, 47, Fort Fairfield: OUI and habitual motor vehicle offender, dismissed (each); and failing to appear after bailed, 60 days in jail.
Winnie X. Zeng, 45, Presque Isle: hide dealer’s license violation, $1,000 fine; buy, sell or offer for sale a bear (two counts), filed on $500 costs (each); and hide dealer’s license violation, filed on $500 costs.
