These young parade-goers weren’t phased in the least with the rain that held off on Friday afternoon until just after the Caribou Cares About Kids parade got underway. By the time the parade units reached High Street, the rain was falling pretty steadily but these kids (like most everyone else who had turned out for the event) were real troopers, holding fast to their street-side viewing spots for a chance to chat with a Shrine Clown.
