County Patriot Young Marine Kyle Kilcollins was promoted from Private First Class(PFC) to Lance Corporal (LCPL) on Oct. 1. Kilcollins earned his promotion by completing 50 hours of community service. He received a pin signifying his promotion, which was presented by his Aunt, Lori Kilcollins, who is also a registered adult member of the unit. LCPL Kilcollins has been an active member with the County Patriot Young Marine unit since 2008.
