    HOULTON – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of August.
    John S. Belyea, Jr., 29, Charleston: probation violation (two counts), 90 days in jail (each) and probation partially revoked (each).
    Amanda Berry, 27, Weston: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), three months in prison (first), three years in prison (third), and dismissed (second); stealing drugs and burglary of a motor vehicle, dismissed (each); burglary, seven years in prison, all but three years suspended and three years’ probation; unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine, $400 suspended and six months in prison (first), $400 fine and six months in prison (second); violating condition of release (two counts), dismissed (each); failing to provide correct name, address, date of birth, 30 days in prison; and operating after habitual offender revocation, 30 days in prison.
    Philip J. Buzzeo, 34, Houlton: stealing drugs and burglary of a motor vehicle, dismissed (each); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), three years in prison, all but one year suspended and two years’ probation (first), dismissed (second), 30 days in prison (third); and burglary, dismissed.
    Tracy J. Crone, 31, Danforth: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed.
    Charles F. Dorr, 34, Houlton: probation violation, one year in prison and probation revoked.
    Michael Faulkner, 53, Hodgdon: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.
    Joseph Hartford, 29, Ludlow: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $3,000 fine, five years in prison, all but 18 months suspended and two years’ probation.
    Glen R. Kleinert, 34, Limestone: assault, $300 fine and six months in prison.
    Kayla Nason, 23, Houlton: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
    Earle F. Roffo, 49, Houlton: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior (two counts), $1,000 fine and 90 days in jail (each); operating under the influence, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and 18 months license and registration suspension; attaching false plates and violating condition of release, 14 days in jail (each); and failing to appear after bailed, dismissed.
    Melinda S. Rowe, 23, Weston: assault, filed without costs.
    Cheryl M. Sawyer, 33, Linneus: burglary of a motor vehicle, burglary and stealing drugs, dismissed (each); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), three years in prison, all but one year suspended and two years’ probation (first), dismissed (second); and violating condition of release, 30 days in prison.
    Mark S. Stetson, 42, Bridgewater: violating condition of release, 30 days in prison; and burglary, four years in prison, all but two years suspended and two years’ probation.
    Jason Tucker, 33, Presque Isle: probation violation, 21 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
