Seniors host Supper
PRESQUE ISLE — The University of Maine at Presque Isle’s Senior Class of 2013 will host their annual pasta supper and auction on Wednesday, April 10, at 4:30 p.m. in the Campus Center.
This event is held in conjunction with UMPI’s University Day program. There will be two types of pasta, with alfredo and marinara sauces, garlic bread, salad, dessert and a beverage. Tickets are $5 per person and $3 for children under 10 and will be available at the door. Some of last year’s auction items were homemade goods, themed baskets, framed picture/art work, a quilt and various gift certificates. Chancellor to attend breakfast
PRESQUE ISLE — The University of Maine at Presque Isle will be the host site for the Central Aroostook Chamber of Commerce’s latest business breakfast, which will feature University of Maine System Chancellor James Page, on Thursday, April 11, from 7:30-9 a.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Campus Center. The event is open to the public and the cost is $10 for chamber members and $15 for nonmembers.
