HOULTON — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of October.
David L. Bechard, 34, Randolph: burglary (six counts), 50 months in prison (each) and $1,165 restitution (sixth).
Amanda Berry, 29, Weston: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, three months in prison; burglary, seven years in prison all but three years suspended and three years’ probation; and operating after habitual offender revocation, 30 days in prison.
Michael J. Brewer, 56, Houlton: reckless conduct, 20 days in jail.
Crystal L. Hitchcock, 30, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 15 months in prison; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; and criminal conspiracy, five years in prison all but 15 months suspended and two years’ probation.
Hope Johnson, 56, Linneus: assault, $300 fine.
Darcy Labbe, 41, Eagle Lake: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed.
Frederick R. Whitney, 42, Houlton: terrorizing, 50 days in jail.
