CARIBOU, Maine — A schoolwide spelling bee was held at Caribou Middle School on Jan. 9 to test the spelling abilities of sixth- and eighth-grade students who won their classroom bees.
The winner of the schoolwide spelling event, Emma Collins, and runner-up, Riley McNeal, participated in the Aroostook County Spelling Bee held on Feb. 5 at the University of Maine at Fort Kent.
