The CONNECT ME Broadband Adoption Project and Adult Education are offering free Wednesday computer classes at the Houlton Higher Education Center beginning March 12 through April 2.
Intro to Computers runs from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Intro to Google Spreadsheets will run from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The instructor is Gerald Morey. Pre-registration is required and space is limited. Call Mary Murray at 521-3100 x5 to register.
These classes are offered at no cost by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
In addition, a Computer Boot Camp will be offered Friday, March 14, from 9 a.m. to noon. The instructor is Peter Lento. To register, call 760-6318 or email peter.lento@maine.gov.
