    Smith, Philip E., 82, July 10, 2014.  Interment was held in the Evergreen Cemetery, Houlton.  Arrangements by Dunn Funeral Home, Houlton.

    LITTLETON – Philip E. Smith, 82, died July 10, 2014, at a Bangor hospital. He was born in Houlton, February 22, 1932, the son of the late Renfrew and Matilda (Campbell) Smith.
    Philip graduated from Ricker Classical Institute class of 1950. After graduating, he engaged in farming for over forty years, first in partnership with his father and later with his brother David for twenty-nine years. Philip was a wonderful son, brother, and a caring uncle to all his nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
    Philip is survived by his brother, David Smith and his wife, Carol; a sister, Judy Pottle and her husband, Herbert; special nieces and nephews, David Smith Jr. and his wife, Darcy, Kim Williams, Nicole Smith, Becky Pottle, Jonathan Pottle, and Melissa Pottle and her partner, Andrew Lamb; nine grandnieces and grand-nephews, Justin Smith and his wife, Tiffany, Philip Smith and his girlfriend, Destiny Anderson, Daniel Smith, Kody Williams, Kaelin Williams, Kameron Gray, Kamden Smith-Gray, Dustin and Emma Hines, as well as many cousins.
    Services were held Sunday July 13, 2014, at Dunn Funeral Home with Rev. Randall Burns officiating. Interment was in the Evergreen Cemetery, Houlton.
