* Christopher Bechard, 26, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine.
* Dwayne M. Berube, 28, Caribou: failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, dismissed; and failing to make oral or written accident report, $300 fine.
* Gerard A. Berube, 62, Caribou: violating condition of release, $500 fine.
* Dwayne M. Bouchard, 56, Perham: operating motor vehicle beyond class restriction, $100 fine.

* Kenneth V. Carmichael, 43, Fort Fairfield: fugitive from justice, dismissed.
* Matthew G. Chasse, 23, Mapleton: operating ATV under the influence over 21, $500 fine.
* Brandon S. Clark, 19, Fort Fairfield: rule violation, $100 fine.
* Tammy Clark, 31, Castle Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service; and failing to register vehicle, $100 fine.

* Richard Lyman III, 20, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
* Christopher Mancos, 35, Milo: violating protective order and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail (each).
* Blair McDonald, 25, Presque Isle: criminal trespass, $100 fine.
* Nathan H. McIntosh, 46, Castle Hill: attaching false plates, $100 fine; violating condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail; and operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
* Eugene P. Morrow, 70, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked — OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail and one-year license and registration suspension.
* Melinda R. Morrow, 26, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine and $66 restitution.
* Dawson A. Murray, 72, Perth-Andover, N.B.: OUI, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, and three years’ license and registration suspension.
* Matthew J. Oakes, 27, Fort Fairfield: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 10 days in jail.
* Elizabeth Ouellet, 28, Auburn: criminal threatening, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine.
