ACAP Houlton Office open for services

HOULTON — The Houlton office of Aroostook County Action Program, Inc. (ACAP) is open for services while construction on a new addition to the building is in progress.

“Construction for a new addition began in June and since then we have learned that some people believe we are not open,” said Mary Duff, ACAP Employment & Training. “While it has been a bit challenging to find adequate parking during construction, we want our clients to know that we are open for services during regular business hours, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. We appreciate everyone’s patience.”
ACAP is expanding the building, located on 91 Military St.,  to accommodate its early care and education programs and other services.  Construction is expected to be completed in early 2016. An open house is planned for Spring, 2016.
