RUSSELL O. WILLIAMS, HOULTON – Russell O. Williams, 48, died on July 20, 2017 in Houlton. He was born Oct. 3, 1968 in Houlton the son of Blaine and Charlene (Bradeen) Williams. Besides his mother, Charlene and her husband Thomas Flewelling, of Houlton and his father, Blaine Williams, of Danforth, Russell is survived by his daughter, Samantha Dawn Williams of Hodgdon; his brother, Gary “Bambi” Williams of Oakfield; his sister, Denise Williams of Everett, MA, as well as two nephews and five nieces. He was predeceased by his sister, Lisa Desrochers. Friends called 9-10 a.m. Tuesday, July 25th at Bowers Funeral Home, 10 Water St., Houlton, followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. with Rev.
