BANGOR, Maine – TD Bank announced that Jeffrey M. Pangburn has joined the Commercial Services team in Bangor as vice president, relationship manager. He is responsible for servicing the business banking needs, including commercial loans and credit facilities, of commercial clients across the northern Maine market and new clients in the Bangor region.
Pangburn is re-locating to TD Bank’s location at 77 Exchange St. in Bangor from the bank’s Presque Isle offices, where he has served as a commercial lender since July 2015. He has 13 years of commercial lending experience. Prior to joining TD Bank, Pangburn served as vice president, commercial services officer at Katahdin Trust Company in Presque Isle. Active in his community, Pangburn was recently named the President of the Northern Maine Community College Foundation Board. He serves on the board of commissioners of the Presque Isle Housing Authority and is the current chair of the finance committee. He is a past president and current member of the Presque Isle Rotary Club.
In addition, Pangburn is a member of the Credit Review Committee of the State of Maine Department of Agriculture, Potato Marketing Improvement Fund. He also has served on the boards of the Northern Maine Fair Association and the Local Workforce Development Board.
Pangburn has been an active volunteer with Boy Scouts of America, serving as Treasurer, cubmaster and den leader with the Mapleton Cub Scouts Pack 170.
Pangburn will soon move to Bangor with his wife Nora and their three children. He received a master of science in business from Husson College in 2005 and an undergraduate degree from the University of Maine at Farmington in 1999. Pangburn grew up in Mars Hill and graduated from Central Aroostook High School in 1993.
