Chad R. Bouchard, 29, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $760 restitution, $500 fine.
Logan D. Craig, 24, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail, $90.66 restitution.
Ashley E. Spinney, 36, Caribou: OUI (alcohol), no test, 2 priors, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked – OUI, 7 days in jail, license suspended for 1 year, $600 fine; OUI (alcohol), 1 prior, 365 days in prison all but 7 days suspended, 6 months probation, license suspended for 3 years.
Kristopher Tarbox, 36, Washburn: unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, 60 days in jail, $400 fine; violating condition of release, 60 days in jail.
Jordan M. Lay, 27, Limestone: assault (2 counts), 120 days in jail, all suspended, 1-year administrative release sentence, $300 fine (first), 120 days in jail, $300 fine (second); violating condition of release, unconditional discharge.
