Cochran receives MPA Principal’s Award

EASTON, Maine — Jenna Cochran, a senior at Easton Jr/Sr High School, has been selected to receive the 2023 Principal’s Award, Principal Laura Hunter announced at a schoolwide assembly. The award, sponsored by the Maine Principal’s Association, is given in recognition of a high school senior’s academic achievement and citizenship.

Cochran is a very bright young lady and a top notch student at Easton Jr/Sr High School. She is every teacher’s dream student as she is inquisitive, driven, kind and outgoing. Cochran is a well rounded individual who is involved in both her school and her community. I’m so proud of Cochran and am honored to have the opportunity to recognize her for her success. 

Cochran and Hunter will attend a special awards ceremony and luncheon on Saturday, April 1. During the award ceremony Cochran will be entered in the drawing for a chance to win one of 10 $1,000 scholarships.
