EASTON, Maine — The principal of Easton Junior Senior High School Laura Hunter is pleased to announce the honor parts for the graduation ceremonies of the Class of 2025.
Valedictorian Blake King is the son of Andrew and Nicole King. Blake has been heavily focused throughout his high school career and earned highest honors all four years. He was a member of the Student Council in grades 9-12 and was Student Council president this year. Blake also served as class president throughout high school.

Blake is a four-sport varsity athlete, playing basketball, soccer, volleyball and baseball. He was the captain of the soccer and basketball teams during his senior year, and also the captain of the baseball team for the past two seasons. During his earlier years in high school, he participated in Envirothon, Battle of the Books and Math Team. Blake participated in the Junior Exhibition and took first place. Blake earned the honor of Athlete of the Month during his tenure at EHS.
In the fall, Blake plans to attend Gordon College, where he will be studying health sciences and pre-optometry. He has also committed to playing baseball.
Salutatorian Chloe Lento is the daughter of Pete and Kristina Lento. Chloe is a four-year highest honors award recipient. Chloe was an active member of the Spanish Club and Student Council throughout her time at EHS. During her sophomore year, she was the Student Council secretary and participated in the cheering team.

Chloe played varsity soccer grades 8-12 and was the captain of the soccer team during her junior and senior seasons. Chloe was an active participant in the annual Envirothon competition and took first place during her senior year. Chloe was also an active member of the varsity volleyball and basketball teams.
In the fall, Chloe plans to attend Oral Roberts University to study global health and environmental sustainability.
First Honor Essayist Chase Flewelling is the son of Loren and Peggy Flewelling. Chase has been active throughout his high school career. He played varsity basketball, varsity soccer and varsity volleyball. During his senior season, he was a captain of both varsity soccer and varsity basketball. Chase also earned All-Aroostook basketball honors during his junior and senior seasons. During his senior season, he was named a McDonald’s Senior All-Star for basketball. Chase was named to the All-Aroostook soccer team as well as all-state soccer during his past three seasons.

Chase was an active member of the Varsity Club and Student Council all four years of high school. Chase was named to the National Honor Society during his junior year. Chase was named to the highest honor roll all four years of high school. Chase also earned the honor of Athlete of the Month twice during his high school career. Chase attended Presque Isle Tech Center during his senior year and attended classes through the business program.
In the fall, Chase plans to attend Husson University to major in sports journalism.
Second Honor Essayist Savana Brown is the daughter of Ashley Chasse. Savana is a four-year highest honor roll student. Savana also participated in the Varsity Club all four years of high school.

During her junior and senior years, she managed the boys varsity soccer team. During her sophomore year, she was a member of the chorus and Envirothon. Savana was an active member of the varsity cheerleading team during grades 10-12. Savana was an active member of the Wellness Team from freshman to junior year. Savana also participated in one season of varsity volleyball. Savana is an active member of Easton’s National Honor Society. Savana has attended Caribou Tech Center as a member of the criminal justice program.
In the fall, Savana plans to attend the University of New Hampshire with a major in communication sciences and disorders.
