PRESQUE ISLE, Maine – The Aroostook Area Agency on Aging has rescheduled its First Friday Art Night to July 11 with an exhibition by Dr. Diane Vo of Presque Isle.
For Dr. Vo, it’s been a life-long journey of self-expression through creative endeavors, “I started dabbling with stained glass at workshops held through Glass with Class in 2020. It wasn’t until 2023 that I started completing mosaics with tiny scraps of glass and repurposed items.”
“I love bringing new life to materials that people might discard,” she added.
Dr. Vo is a clinical psychologist who moved to northern Maine from the Boston area 10 years ago. When not working or creating, you can find her walking one of her cats on the trails of Aroostook County.
