I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Sen. Susan Collins for securing $3.2 million for the Caribou Utilities District’s wastewater infrastructure project. This critical funding is a major investment in the future of our community.
This investment will allow the district to move forward with long-planned improvements that are necessary to maintain reliable service, meet regulatory requirements, and protect local water resources. These upgrades will benefit Caribou residents today and help ensure a strong, sustainable system for years to come.
Senator Collins has consistently shown her commitment to communities like Caribou by delivering real results for rural Maine. I am thankful for her leadership and tireless advocacy.
