HOULTON, Maine — F.A. Peabody Insurance is proud to announce that Lisa Good, multi-line sales agent, has earned the Certified Insurance Counselor designation, a nationally recognized professional credential awarded by The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research.

The CIC designation is awarded to insurance professionals who demonstrate advanced knowledge and expertise in insurance and risk management. Earning the designation requires successful completion of a series of rigorous courses and examinations covering key areas such as personal lines, commercial property, casualty, life and health and agency management. Designees must also meet ongoing continuing education requirements to maintain their certification, ensuring they stay current with industry developments and best practices.

Good shared her thoughts on reaching this milestone, “I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to continue growing in my career and expanding my knowledge in the insurance industry. Earning the CIC designation is an important milestone for me, and it reflects not only the time and effort invested, but also my commitment to providing our customers with thoughtful guidance and the highest level of service.”

Steve Fitzpatrick, Southern Aroostook district manager, recognized Good’s accomplishment, “Lisa’s dedication to continued learning and professional development really stands out. Earning the CIC designation reflects the work she’s put in behind the scenes to strengthen her knowledge and better serve her clients. We’re proud of her accomplishment and the positive impact she makes every day.”

Good resides in Monticello with her husband Eric and is fortunate to have her children and grandchildren living locally.

F.A. Peabody Insurance congratulates Good on this achievement and looks forward to her continued contributions to the organization and the clients she serves.
