The County Federal Credit Union welcomes new faces

PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — The County Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the addition of two new team members, William Belyea and Nicole Erickson, who bring extensive experience in financial services, leadership, operations and member support to the organization.

Belyea joins The County as the new branch manager in Houlton. He comes to the credit union with a background in banking and financial services, having held leadership roles with several respected financial institutions throughout northern New England. His experience includes branch operations, employee development, loan servicing, appraisal review, compliance and member relationship management.

Belyea has demonstrated a commitment to professional growth and leadership throughout his career and is currently pursuing a degree in business administration at the University of Maine at Presque Isle. His passion for community engagement and exceptional service aligns closely with the credit union’s mission of helping members achieve financial success.

Erickson joins The County as the human resources manager. She brings more than two decades of experience spanning human resources, accounting, payroll administration, business operations and organizational leadership. Most recently serving as an Accounts Payable and Payroll Specialist for Aroostook County, Erickson has built a reputation for accuracy, professionalism and a strong commitment to serving employees and stakeholders alike.

She also spent more than six years as a human resources specialist with the Maine Department of Transportation, where she managed recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations and workforce development initiatives. Erickson holds a master of business administration from St. Joseph’s College of Maine and a bachelor of science in accounting from Husson University.
