Breakfast is served with multi-grain reduced-sugar cereal, Wowbutter/jelly, assorted fruit juice and 1% and skim milk.

Thursday, Oct. 11 — Maple oatmeal, multigrain bagel, fresh fruit.
Friday, Oct. 12 — Shire flapjack, fresh fruit.
Monday, Oct. 15 — Pancakes, yogurt, chilled fruit.
Tuesday, Oct. 16 — Oatmeal, spiced muffin, chilled fruit.
Wednesday, Oct. 17 — Oatmeal toast, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit.
SAD 29 Elementary/Southside Lunch
All lunch served with Wowbutter/jelly or cheese sandwich, milk, fresh assorted fruit, chilled fruit and condiments.
Wednesday, Oct. 10 — Turkey and cheese wrap, lettuce and tomato, corn chowder, crackers.
Thursday, Oct. 11 — Lasagna with ground beef, garlic bread, baby carrots, Caesar salad.
Friday, Oct. 12 — Fish portions/sticks, Ovation french fries, garden salad.
Monday, Oct. 15 — Chicken strips, wheat rolls, baby spinach, baby carrots.
Tuesday, Oct. 16 — Soft-shell taco, lettuce/tomato cup, corn, salsa, garbanzo beans.
Wednesday, Oct. 17 — Tuna wrap, raw broccoli, pea pods.
SAD 29 Jr./Sr. High School Lunch
Lunch is served with option of assorted pizzas, chicken burger on roll, peanut butter/jelly or cheese sandwich, salad bar, variety of fresh fruits, milk and condiments.
Wednesday, Oct. 10 — Build a sandwich, cream of broccoli/cheese soup, crackers.
Thursday, Oct. 11 — Lasagna with ground beef, garlic bread, Caesar salad.
Friday, Oct. 12 — Fishburger and cheese, Ovation french fries.
Monday, Oct. 15 — Chicken strips, wheat rolls.
Tuesday, Oct. 16 — Soft-shell taco, top-a-taco salad bar.
