Douglas Dale Cyr, the son of Michael and Carla of Presque Isle, was recently awarded his master in business administration and a bachelor of science degree in management.
Cyr graduated summa cum laude following his four-year enrollment at Thomas College. Cyr is a 2005 graduate of Presque Isle High School.
