Ladner won a lifetime award — The Maine Arts Sponsors Association awarded their first Lifetime Achievement Award to Dan Ladner, teacher and director at the Caribou High School and the Performing Arts Center for his lifetime contributions to the performing arts in Maine.

Hospital Will Break Ground Thursday – Groundbreaking ceremonies for the new Houlton Regional Hospital will be conducted this Thursday morning at 11:30, with actual construction of the facility expected to start immediately.
