Thursday, Dec. 6
8:35 a.m. Access Highway – Trespassing – Female caller reported her brother was there and she would like him asked to leave. Her mother would also like him asked to leave.
Action – An officer advised him to leave and not return, which he did. The officer also served a temporary protection order. 3:57 p.m. Main Street – Assist Other Agency – Caller reported a female subject unconscious at a Main Street residence and asked for an officer’s assistance.
Action – An officer arrived at the scene, but the female subject had already left.
9:50 p.m. South Main Street – Check on Wellbeing – Caller reported a female subject walking in the middle of the road. The caller thought the female subject might be blind, based on the way she was acting.
Action – An officer checked the area.
Friday, Dec. 7
1:12 p.m. West Gate Road – Animal – Female caller advised that there were cats under her daughter’s trailer and the animal control officer hadn’t done anything about it.
Action – An officer checked with the animal control officer and was informed that the trailer’s duct work would all have to be torn apart to reach the cat, and it would be best for the female caller to speak with her landlord, which the officer advised the female caller to do.
2:45 p.m. Route 161 – Motor Vehicle Complaint – Female caller reported that she was following a black Audi with no license plate.
Action – An officer located the vehicle and spoke with the driver. The car had temporary plates, but they were not visible. The officer advised the driver to make the plates visible.
8 p.m. Route 89 – Criminal Trespassing – Male caller reported kicking out two male subjects, who were now hanging around outside, and he would like them told to move along.
Action – An officer spoke with the male subjects who were waiting for a ride, and advised them to wait at the end of the driveway.
Saturday, Dec. 8
7 a.m. Fort Road – Motor Vehicle Complaint – Caller reported a vehicle off the road, and advised that it appeared it had happened sometime the previous evening.
Action – An officer checked and found that the vehicle had gone over the guardrail. A tow truck was already on the way to remove the vehicle.
9:10 a.m. York Street – Motor Vehicle Complaint – Male caller reported a vehicle had run into his mother’s mailbox, and advised that he had found taillight pieces.
Action – An officer stopped by to check.
Sunday, Dec. 9
6:31 p.m. Roberts Street – Suspicious Person – Male caller reported seeing a male subject standing behind a local church, who stood there for a couple moments and then took off.
Action – An officer located the male subject, who had been looking for a restroom.
10:10 p.m. Prospect Street – Theft – Male caller reported that he had just gone outside and found that someone had taken a white metal Christmas tree valued at $20. The caller believed two female subjects who had been in the area had taken them.
Action – An officer checked the area, but didn’t locate anyone. The male caller thought it might have been a prank, as he had received a knock on his window, before noticing the tree missing.
10:18 p.m. Sweden Street – Theft – Male caller from a local business reported a large Christmas wreath off of the side of the building. An employee heard a thump outside and then noted a tan Subaru speeding away.
Action – An officer checked the area, but didn’t locate the vehicle. A number of missing items were located at the High School at 10:50 p.m. and the wreath was among them.
Monday, Dec. 10
5:15 p.m. Access Highway – Motor Vehicle Complaint – Male caller reported following a gray Ford Taurus that was on the wrong side of the road, and had almost hit another vehicle.
Action – An officer located the vehicle and spoke with the driver, who said his windows were fogged up and the defroster hadn’t cleared it yet.
7:53 p.m. Powers Road – Assault Domestic Violence – Female caller reported that her mother was intoxicated and had punched her giving her a bloody nose.
Action – An officer spoke with both parties and each blamed the other. The information was passed on to the District Attorney’s office and DHHS.
8:05 p.m. Pioneer Avenue – Theft – Caller reported that sometime during the night someone had taken some Christmas decorations from their yard including a wreath, two bag type lights and some metal decorations.
Action – The items were located at the high school and returned to the owner.
Wednesday, Dec. 12
7 a.m. Shirley Drive – Snow Complaint – Female caller reported her neighbor was putting snow out by her mailbox, and it was interfering with the delivery of her mail.
Action – An officer checked the mailbox and spoke with the female caller’s neighbor.
7:15 a.m. Coolidge Avenue – Theft – Female caller reported someone had taken a Christmas decoration off her porch and had also torn down another decoration hanging on the porch.
Action – The caller’s property was found at the high school and returned to her.
7:45 a.m. Main Street – Snow Complaint – Female caller reported her neighbor had blown snow up against her house and now she couldn’t see out her windows.
Action – An officer spoke with the female caller’s neighbor.
9:30 a.m. View Street – Snow Complaint – Male caller reported his neighbor had blown her snow onto his lawn, and that it melts in the spring and floods his basement.
Action – An officer spoke with the male caller’s neighbor who pointed out a male subject from a different residence who was blowing snow onto everyone else’s property. The officer attempted to contact the male subject.
