McElwain-Dionne

    Franklin and Joan McElwain of Caribou announce the engagement of their daughter, Diana, to Jason Dionne, son of Clifford and Elaine Dionne of Madawaska.     The couple met at the University of Maine where Diana received a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and a master’s degree in Mass Communication. She is currently employed as a Communications and Marketing Specialist for the Maine Credit Union League in Westbrook.
    Dionne received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Maine and will graduate in May from the University of Maine School of Law. He is currently a law clerk with the U.S. Attorney’s office in Portland.
    The couple will wed on June 20, 2008 at the Holy Rosary Church in Caribou.
