    The Caribou District Court heard the following cases during the month of July 2008.
    Allyson N. Adams, 21, Caribou: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $300 fine.    Kyle Anderson, 19, Caribou: allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor, filed on $200 costs.
    Richard J. Bilodeau, 52, Caribou: violating condition of release, $250 fine, 36 hours in jail.
    Roddy Bologh, 22, Oakville, Conn.: furnishing liquor to a minor, $200 fine.
    Arnold R. Bubar, 38, Woodland: engaging in recycling without license, $250 fine.
    Casey D. Clayton, 20, Caribou: violating condition of release, three days in jail.
    Anette Cleveland, 46, Presque Isle: OUI – 1 prior, $700 fine, stayed 72 hours in jail (stayed) and 90-day license suspension.
    Keith W. Cocheran Jr., 53, Caribou: displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, $150 fine.
    Ryan Corey, 22, Caribou: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
    Philip J. Cote, 27, Washburn: attaching false plates, $150 fine.
    John Cross Jr., 29, Caribou: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Shawn Ellis, 46, Limestone: possession of marijuana, $350 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
    Roger A. Grendell, 43, Blaine: domestic violence assault, $300 fine, 28 days in jail; two counts of criminal mischief, 28 days in jail, $20 restitution on first count and 28 days in jail on the second; violating condition of release, 28 days in jail.
    Jessica M. Hartley, 26, Caribou: three counts of theft by deception, $200 fine for each count.
    Vicky L. Hewitt, 39, Caribou: having control over truant, $100 fine.
    Frederick D. Kimball, 57, Caribou: violating a protective order, 60 days in jail, all but 24 hours suspended, one year probation.
    James R. King, 39, Caswell: criminal mischief, 30 days in jail, $60 restitution; two counts of violating condition of release, 30 days in jail for each count.
    Jamie L. Lachance, 19, Caribou: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $300 fine.
    Ronald Martin, 67, Caribou: two counts of criminal trespassing, both dismissed.
    Brian R. McBreairty, 41, Portage: failure to register vehicle, $75 fine.
    Danielle M. McBreairty, 18, Caribou: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
    Crystal N. Noble, 36, Limestone: OUI – one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended for 18 months, registration suspended.
    Melissa O’Neill, 27, Washburn: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
    Eric M. Poitras, 26, Limestone: operating while license suspended or revoked, one prior, $500 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
    Jonah B. Polichak, 25, Woodland: visual sexual aggression against a child, six months in prison; violating condition of release, six months in prison; attaching false plates, $350 fine.
    Michael Provost, 33, Limestone: assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words and gestures, $300 fine.
    Edmond Rossignol, 39, Connor TWP: violating condition of release, $250 fine, violating protective order, 48 hours in jail.
    Rodney D. Saunders, 28, Limestone: assault, $300 fine, 48 hours in jail.
    Roger Simon, 54, Woodland: burning prohibited material, $100 fine and $210 restitution
    Clinton J. St. Peter, Caribou: operating or permitting the operation of an unregistered motorboat, $100 fine.
    Bradley J. Thibodeau, 33, Caribou: motor vehicle speeding, 30+ mph over speed limit, $400 fine, 48 hours in jail (stayed), license suspended for 60 days.
    Eric R. Thibodeau, 20, Washburn: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
    Jeffrey Thibodeau, 32, Mars Hill: theft of services, 10 days in jail, $373.60 restitution.
    Vasbert R. Thompson, 30, Limestone: operating vehicle without a license, $100 fine.
    Christopher Tracy, 19, Caribou: violating condition of release, $250 fine, five days in jail.
    Keith Zetterman, 47, Connor TWP: engaging in recycling without license, $250 fine.
