PRESQUE ISLE — Horizons Sleep & Pulmonary Medicine, a department of The Aroostook Medical Center, will hold an open house, to celebrate the expansion of the Sleep Lab, on Friday, March 6, from 2 to 5 p.m. at A.R. The Sleep Lab, which recently doubled in size from two beds to four in order to meet the growing need for sleep medicine services in Aroostook County, is used to diagnose and treat a wide range of sleep disorders including sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome and narcolepsy.
Visitors will have an opportunity to tour the expanded facility, meet the staff and enjoy light refreshments. David Weed, DO; Osama Aziz, MD; and George Montee, PA-C will be available to answer questions and share information about TAMC’s sleep services.
