Maine Association of Retirees meeting April 1

    The Maine Association of Retirees(MAR) regional meeting is scheduled for April 1, at the Northern Maine Community College in Presque Isle.     Registration on the day of the meeting will begin at 10 a.m.; the meeting will start at 11 a.m. with lunch to follow.
    It is strongly encouraged that members call the MAR office at 1-800-535-6555 early to pre-register their anticipated attendance at the meeting. The dining facility will need an approximate count in advance to ensure proper quantity of food on the day of the meeting.
    A similar meeting will also be held April 31, at Spectacular Events Center on the Griffin Road in Bangor.
