To the editor:
My husband and I moved back to Houlton (we had lived here previously) because we enjoy the lifestyle and all the “attractions” of a town such as Houlton.
A couple of weeks ago we also found out what a wonderful hospital we have. Unexpectedly I was required to spend a few days there. Everything possible was done to make my stay comfortable. From the emergency room staff, to the third floor nursing staff (I love you all!) and to both Dr. Older and Dr. Ryan, I could not have asked for better or more professional care. I also appreciated my clean room and the good food.
Houlton is a great place in which to live … and we are blessed with a great hospital!
