Houlton Lodge of Elks BPOE 835 celebrated National Youth week by hosting Houlton High School National Honor Society students and their parents for supper at the Lodge on May 11, 2011.
The Houlton Elks are pleased to announce the following students received recognition of the following scholarships; Elks National Foundation, Most Valuable Student $1,000 per year for four years Marina DiMarco. Elks National Foundation, Legacy Award $1,000 per year for four years Tyler Delano; Maine Elks Association Scholarship, District Winner $2,000 through the Maine Elks Association, Tyler Delano; Local Lodge Winner awarded $900; Gaige P. Flewelling.
The Houlton Lodge wishes to remind all area students these scholarships are available each year and can be applied for online at enf@elks.org or contact your local Lodge.
