Three garner athlete of week honor
The Presque Isle Varsity Club and Big Cheese Pizza have announced their recent athetes of the week.
For May 16-21, Tyler Seeley of the Wildcat baseball team and Meredith Stewart of the track and field team are the recipients. Seeley had eight hits and five RBIs while playing error-free baseball during the week, while Stewart placed second in two events and fifth in another at the Aroostook League Championships.
For May 23-30, baseball player Saul Nunez is the lone honoree. Nunez recorded pitching victories in games against Mattanawcook Academy and Bucksport.
