PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of May.

Spencer Goodine, 20, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Chad R. Graham, 32, Presque Isle: dance license violation, installing non-complying insulation, and violating public fire safety rule, dismissed (each).

Arthur R. Gray, 20, Easton: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 10 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, 48 hours in jail; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, 10 days in jail.

Misty R. Hafford, 27, Chapman: violating condition of release, 40 hours’ community service; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine and $11.98 restitution.

Nichole R. Hall, 23, Mars Hill: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Judson J. Harding, 26, Presque Isle: OUI, permanent transfer.

Brad Joseph Harvey, 33, Fort Fairfield: criminal mischief, 60 days in jail and $500 restitution; and violating condition of release, 60 days in jail.

Joshua E. Hawksley, 19, Mars Hill: violating condition of release, $250 fine; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Jac Enterprises, Inc. Hampden: violating fuel tax licensing or reporting, $200 fine.

Ricky Kinney, 23, Presque Isle: operating unregistered snowmobile, $200 fine.

Tricia Langner, 47, Fort Fairfield: allowing dog to be at-large, $50 fine.

Nicholas Leavitt, 19, Mapleton: minor transporting liquor, $100 fine and 30-day license suspension.

Thomas P. Long, Jr., 18, Ashland: littering, $100 fine.

Kyle Lyford, 23, Presque Isle: violating condition of release (two counts), dismissed (first) and $500 fine (second); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine and $8.99 restitution.

Benjamin M. MacKenzie, 29, Chapman: littering, $100 fine.

Joshua R. Martin, 21, Presque Isle: violating condition of release (two counts), 72 hours in jail (each).

Katherine N. McBreairty, 30, Mapleton: violating condition of release, $250 fine.

Reed Moody, 21, Presque Isle: failing to make oral or written accident report, $400 fine.

Rick J. Morton, 24, Ashland: domestic violence assault, permanent transfer.

Christopher E. Nelson, 30, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $750 fine and 50 hours’ community service; possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine; and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Rebecca Nersessian, 24, Presque Isle: criminal trespass (two counts), $100 fine (first) and $200 fine (second); and violating condition of release, $250 fine.

Matthew Oakes, 23, Fort Fairfield: possession of marijuana, up to 1l.25 oz., $550 fine.

Chad L. Parker, 24, Presque Isle: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, $100 fine.

Kurt G. Parks, 47, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Michael D. Perry, 53, Presque Isle: assault, dismissed.

Matthew Pileggi, 18, Rutland, Vt.: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed; minor transporting liquor, 30-day license suspension; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., dismissed.

Norman R. Plourde, Jr., 31, Portage Lake: motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed.

Mark K. Reid, 47, Sisson Ridge, N.B.: violating fuel tax licensing or reporting, $200 fine.

Jacob M. Rodgers, 20, Fort Fairfield: misuse of identification, $200 fine and $183.92 restitution.

Sandra A. Rosten, 43, Westfield: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gesture, 75 hours’ community service; and domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Jeremiah J. Sawyer, 32, Castle Hill: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine and $39.99 restitution.

Jack Emery Shannon, Sr., 59, Westfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.

Christopher J. Smith, 22, Presque Isle: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, $100 fine.

Lisa M. Thompson, 52, Mapleton: carrying passenger on ATV without headgear, $100 fine.

Kenneth Tracy, 29, West Enfield: violating condition of release and violating protective order, 90 days in jail (each).

Connie L. Umphrey, 56, Easton: using counterfeit vehicle inspection sticker, $250 fine.
