GRAND JURY INDICTMENTS
CARIBOU — The Aroostook County grand jury completed its fifth session of 2011 on Nov. 4, handing down 52 indictments against 47 individuals without any “no bills.”
Among those indicted during November were:
* Christopher Phillips, 40, Presque Isle: aggravated forgery (four counts).
* George P. Howard, Jr., 55, Washburn: theft.
* Chelsey M. McBreairty, 19, Caribou: aggravated criminal mischief and theft.
* Joey Raymond White, Jr., 27, Caribou: criminal OUI (two counts), operating beyond license restriction, violating condition of release and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
* Kevin Thibodeau, 29, Presque Isle: theft, refusing to submit to arrest and failing to give correct name.
* Amanda K. Sherman, 33, Houlton: theft (four counts) and operating after suspension.
* Christopher K. Hitchcock, 24, Fort Fairfield: attempted gross sexual assault and visual sexual aggression.
* Donald Dean Reese, 43, Frenchville: burglary, criminal mischief, violating protective order and violating condition of release.
* Michael A. Latronica, Jr., 34, Washburn: aggravated unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs.
* Amy J. McNamee, 28, Fort Fairfield: theft.
* Brian K. Turcotte, 34, Fort Fairfield: theft.
* Jerry D. York, 26, Presque Isle: theft and violating condition of release.
* Jasen N. Turcotte, 35, Fort Fairfield: theft.
* Steven T. Belmain, 48, Washburn: theft.
* Andrew C. Dickinson, 53, Washburn: unlawful sexual contact.
* Daniella M. Chabot, 21, Presque Isle: burglary (three counts), aggravated criminal mischief, criminal mischief (two counts), theft (two counts) and unauthorized use of property.
* Edward J. Violette, 46, Van Buren: operating after revocation.
* Clayton C. Michaud, 20, Presque Isle: burglary (five counts), theft (five counts), theft of services, criminal mischief and aggravated criminal mischief.
* Jay D. Whitmore, 20, Presque Isle: burglary (five counts), theft (five counts), theft of services, aggravated criminal mischief and criminal mischief.
* Matthew J. Tardie, 22, Nashville: burglary, theft and aggravated criminal mischief.
* Eric A. Argraves, 38, Castle Hill: aggravated assault, criminal trespass and terrorizing.
* Katie Marie Plourde, 23, Winterville: stealing drugs.
* Michael C. Hoague, 25, Van Buren: operating after revocation (two counts).
* Keir A. Charlton, 23, Limestone: reckless conduct.
* Charles N. McDarby, 22, Limestone: burglary and theft.
* Joseph D. Ouellette, 26, Woodland: criminal OUI and operating after suspension.
*James K. Shade, 33, Caribou: domestic violence assault.
* Steven B. Pierson, 37, Rochester, N.H.: gross sexual assault and assault.
* Warren M. Harris, Jr., 54, Caribou: unlawful sexual contact.
* Robert N. Guthrie, 24, Caribou: operating after revocation.
* Aaron A. McBreairty, 33, St. Francis: criminal OUI, operating after revocation and assault.
* Scott R. Totten, 26, Houlton: violating bail and domestic violence contact.
* Philip C. Sennett, 32, Houlton: domestic violence assault.
* Daniel P. McAvoy, 45, Sherman: negotiating a worthless instrument.

* Allen C. Dupuis, 29, Linneus: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (two counts).

* Kimberly J. Vangel, 43, Mars Hill: aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs.
* Thomas N. Troughton, 46, Enfield, Conn.: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (three counts) and unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
* Clarence W. Keaton, II, 42, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (three counts), unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, OUI and improper plates.
* Ryan R. Nason, 22, Smyrna: burglary, theft (two counts) and violating bail (two counts).
* Curtis J. Michaud, 47, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
