HOULTON, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Houlton Courthouse in May.
Michael Nickerson, 31, Houlton: probation violation, 28 months in prison, probation revoked.
Jeffery R. Thibodeau Jr., 43, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Jeff V. Hartley, 32, Brewer: probation violation, 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked.
Micheal Nickerson, 31, Houlton: operating after habitual offender revocation, 6 months in jail, $1,100 fine; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed; unlawful possession of oxycodone, priors, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusal to stop, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, 5 years in prison, all but 28 months suspended, 2 years probation, $400 fine.
Nicholas F. Botting, 22, Houlton: operating under the influence (drugs or combo), filed on $500 costs.
Corey McCarthy, 31, Bridgewater: unlawful furnishing scheduled drug (two counts), dismissed (first), $400 fine (second).
Timothy Murdock, 42, Monticello: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
Larry Morgan, 42, Sherman: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (2 counts), dismissed (first) 30 days in jail, $500 restitution (second).
Chris Smith, 49, Monticello: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Robert W. Dobbins, Jr., 25, Caribou: violating condition of release (2 counts), 12 months in prison (first), dismissed (second).
Nicholas L. Ireland, 22, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Joseph Hamel, 33, Houlton: violating protection from abuse order, 48 hours in jail.
Nicholas F. Botting, 22, Houlton: violating fishing rule, $100 fine.
Daren C. Martin, 51, Union: failing to provide and display registration, $100 fine.
David G. Morse, 71, Merrill: filing to stop snowmobile upon entering public way, $100 fine.
Ethan J. Pinault, 19, Reheboth, Massachusetts, violating snowmobile noise level, $100 fine.
