High pressure will move across the Valley today with partly sunny and cold conditions followed by mostly clear skies tonight with continued cold conditions across the area. Low pressure looks to track east from the Great Lakes heading into Thursday with a weaker low off the Mid-Atlantic coast tracking northeast. Snowfall is expected to overspread the Valley Thursday afternoon and continue overnight into early Friday with around 2-5 inches possible for most communities across the Crown. Snow tapers to snow showers Friday morning that continue into Friday afternoon before becoming more isolated in coverage.

High pressure builds across the region with mostly sunny skies Saturday and partly cloudy skies Saturday night. Another low pressure system approaches from the Great Lakes region later Saturday and crosses the Valley Sunday with some snowfall across the region over the course of the day. High pressure builds in Monday with mostly sunny skies and cold temperatures across the area with partly cloudy skies Monday night and partly sunny skies Tuesday.
