PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — Three local educators are recipients of an Early Career Educators Grant to support creativity, hand-on learning and team building in their classrooms and respective schools. The recipients are Caragan Haney (Caribou) Sarah Beaulieu (SAD 1 of Presque Isle) and Lydia Huggins (SAD 42 of Mars Hill).
The awardees were recognized during the May meeting of the Delta Chapter (Aroostook County) of Delta Kappa Gamma International. A worldwide organization that promotes professional and personal growth of women educators and excellence in education.
