During the recent Limestone Community High School Graduation ceremony, Rep. Bernard Ayotte presented Parker Rossignol with a legislative sentiment in recognition of his graduating as valedictorian of the LCHS Class of 2009. Rossignol was also recognized for a number of other outstanding achievements during his four years at Limestone High School. The sentiment read, “We, the members of the Senate and House of Representatives join in sending our sincere congratulations to Parker and wish him great success in his future endeavors. He is the son of Mitchell and Sarah Rossignol of Caswell.
