Emily E. Adams, 23, Old Orchard Beach: theft by receiving stolen property, filed on $200 costs. Andrew P. Allen, 46, Presque Isle: obstructing report of crime, $250 fine; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.
Brent Archer, 50, Presque Isle: assault, dismissed.
Maurice Barker, 22, Meriden, Conn.: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drug and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, both dismissed.
Dennis Barnes, Jr., 23, Fort Fairfield: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, filed without costs.
Kenneth A. Bartelson, 43, Presque Isle: assault, dismissed; unlawful sexual touching, dismissed; assault, $500 fine, six months in jail; and violating condition of release, 60 days in jail.
Beaulieu and Son Trucking, Inc., St. John PLT: rule violation Z not listed-prior, $750 fine.
Wayne E. Boulier, Jr., 28, Presque Isle: assault, two years in prison; criminal threatening, two years in prison; and failure to appear after bailed, two years in prison.
Matthew A. Bounds, 42, Shortsville, N.Y.: driving to endanger, $800 fine.
Thomas Chasse, 55, Presque Isle: failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, filed on $150 costs.
Todd A. Chasse, 27, Easton: domestic violence terrorizing, two years in prison, all but 90 days suspended and two years’ probation; criminal mischief, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release (three counts), 30 days in jail (each); violating protective order (three counts), 30 days in jail (each); domestic violence assault, dismissed; domestic violence stalking, dismissed; unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine and 30 days in jail; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine and 30 days in jail (first) and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed (second).
Joshua W. Connolly, 21, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, filed on $250 costs.
Bobby J. Cote, 31, Easton: robbery and assault, both dismissed.
Jesse Dennis Cote, 49, Presque Isle: operating ATV under influence-over 21 and .08 percent, $1,000 fine.
Brittany A. Cray, 21, Presque Isle: operating under the influence, dismissed; and driving to endanger, $575 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Steven C. Cray, 25, Connor Twp.: operating after habitual offender revocation, $1,000 fine, 30 days in jail and 40 hours’ community service.
Kimberly R. Cullinan, 40, Caribou: violating condition of release, ten days in jail.
David P. Daigle, 32, New Canada: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued; and operating after habitual offender revocation-three prior, $1,000 fine and nine months and one day in jail.
Justin Dee, 25, Caribou: OUI, $500 fine.
Timothy Dewitt, 20, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked-prior (two counts), $750 fine (each).
John D. Drake, 37, Woodland: burglary (11 counts), three years in prison-all but six months suspended, two years’ probation and $7,854.37 restitution (first), six months in jail (each of second to eighth), and dismissed, (ninth, tenth and eleventh); and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (nine counts), six months in jail (each of first to sixth), and dismissed, (seventh, eighth and ninth).
James E. Eldridge, 59, Mapleton: operating after habitual offender revocation-prior, (two counts), filed on $1,000 costs (first) and $2,000 fine and 30 days in jail (second).
Joseph A. Engebretson, 31, Fort Kent: stealing drugs, $500 fine.
Gene R. Everett, 41, Washburn: operating while license suspended or revoked-prior, $1,000 fine and 20 days in jail; and violating condition of release, $250 fine and five days in jail.
Ellen Flaherty, 57, Wade: endangering the welfare of a child, 364 days in jail, all but 90 days suspended, one-year probation and 200 hours’ community service; and visual sexual aggression against a child, dismissed.
Michael O. Fox, 29, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, dismissed; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, 10 days in jail and $35 restitution.
Scott B. Greene, 27, Presque Isle: Assault, dismissed; obstructing report of crime, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, $300 fine.
David S. Hafford, 30, Presque Isle: aggravated assault, dismissed; violating condition of release (two counts) dismissed (first) and six months in jail (second); assault, six months in jail and $4,701.84 restitution; and theft by deception, two years in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation and $4,701.84 restitution.
Richard Brent Hawksley, 49, Mars Hill: assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine.
Brian R. Holmes, 29, Easton: burglary, dismissed; robbery, two years in prison; assault, dismissed; gross sexual assault, dismissed; and sexual abuse of minor, five years in prison, all but two years suspended and, two years’ probation.
Tammie Howard, 39, Caribou: burglary (12 counts), three years in prison, all suspended, two years’ probation and $7,854.37 restitution (first), six months in jail, all suspended (each of second to ninth) and dismissed, (tenth, eleventh and twelfth); and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (10 counts), six months in jail-all suspended (each of first to eighth) and dismissed (ninth and tenth).
James Kearney, 26, Easton: criminal attempt, $500 fine.
Lionel King, 55, Limestone: burglary, dismissed; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; criminal attempt, $250 fine and 364 days in jail, all suspended.
Raymond J. King, 33, Fort Fairfield: OUI-one prior, $700 fine, 30 days in jail and 18 months’ license suspension; burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed and criminal attempt, $250 fine, 364 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended.

Kyle E. Lyford, 21, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, three years in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation.
William L. Maragno, 51, Caribou: OUI, $1,000 fine; driving to endanger, $1,000 fine and 30-day license suspension.
Joshua Ray Martin, 19, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Travis McDonald, 22, Presque Isle: assault, not guilty.
David A. McGarrigle, 47, Fort Fairfield: assault, filed on $500 costs.
David L. McKay, 50, Woodland: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, dismissed; OUI, dismissed; failing to make oral or written accident report, dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, seven days in jail and 60-day license suspension; OUI, $500 fine, 90 days in jail, all but 20 days suspended and 90-day license suspension; and violating condition of release, 20 days in jail.
