WASHBURN, Maine — The Board of Directors of SAD 45 will hold an emergency meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2019, at the Washburn District Elementary School cafeteria.
The only item for discussion is the resignation of SAD 1 Superintendent Brian Carpenter. SAD 45 has a contractual agreement with SAD 1 to provide superintendent and other services to the district.
The meeting is open to the public, and residents and other interested parties are invited to attend.
