Caribou – Albertine G. Crockett, 88, wife of the late Carl Crockett, died April 24, 2008, at Van Buren. She was born in Grand Falls, N.B. Canada October 10, 1919, the daughter of Fred and Eva (St. Amand) Senechal. Mrs. Crockett was a longtime member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
She is survived by her loving children, Gerard Crockett of West Paris, David Crockett of Brunswick and Linda Crockett-Baltzer of New York, N.Y.; one brother Frank Senechal of Grand Falls, N.B., two sisters: Sylvia Desjardin of Rockland, Vt and Patsy McIntosh of Petit Rocher, N.B., several nieces and nephews. Mrs Crockett was predeceased by her husband in 1981 and two brothers Wilfred and Fernand Senechal.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday, April 28, 2008, from the Holy Rosary Catholic Church with Fr. David Raymond, officiating. Interment will be in the New Holy Rosary Cemetery. Mrs. Crockettt’s family would like to extend a special thank you to all of her good friends at Borderview in Van Buren.
