DANFORTH – Muriel (Dunlap) Gillis went home to be with her Lord, Feb. 22, 2009, at her home. She was born Jan. 22, 1923, in Glenwood Plantation, the daughter of Ervin and Velma (Butterfield) Dunlap.
She was predeceased by her loving husband of 65 years, Frank G. Gillis, and her parents. She is survived by her loving sister and best friend, Gladys (Dunlap) Brewer of Presque Isle; several nieces and nephews and many close friends.
Honoring her wishes, there will be no services. If you wish, a donation in her memory m ay be made to the Danforth Baptist Church.
