BUCKSPORT — The Caribou High School wrestling team took to the mat over the weekend taking part in the Bucksport Wrestling Invitational.
The Vikings had three wrestlers winning in the finals. Robert Caudill beat defending state champion Mark Smith of Foxcroft Academy to win at 120 pounds. Deion Caudill took the title at 182 pounds and Brendan Wood was the top wrestler at 126 pounds.
Rebecca King, Matt Manter and Danny Powers were silver medalists at 113, 195 and 220 pounds, respectively.
Jake Bither was third at 152 pounds and Michael Selander was fourth at 138 pounds.
Caribou only sent 10 wrestlers to the meet due to illness and injuries.
