The Aroostook County Grand Jury handed up 41 indictments in April, including a Houlton man arrested in March on multiple drug charges.
Seth R. Suitter, 35, of Houlton was arrested on March 12 following a police search of a Houlton residence, camper and outbuildings he shared with Ronald Suitter, 68.
Houlton police were made aware of drug activity and, after obtaining a search warrant, searched the men’s Court Street home, assisted by Border Patrol personnel. Officers seized 66 grams of suspected methamphetamine, 4.06 grams of suspected fentanyl, 247 unsorted pills and $1,501 in cash.
Seth Suitter was charged with two Class B felonies, unlawful trafficking of methamphetamine and unlawful trafficking in schedule W drugs, and two Class C felonies, unlawful possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and trafficking in prison contraband.
He was also charged with two misdemeanors, possession of fentanyl powder and violating conditions of release.
The grand jury indicted him for unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs (two counts), possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (two counts) and violating conditions of release.
Ronald Suitter was also arrested on multiple charges but has not been indicted.
An indictment is not a finding of guilt, but an indication that there is enough evidence in a case to move forward with a trial.
Drug charges comprised most of the rest of the indictments, along with domestic violence and assault.

Miranda A. Burby, 39, Ashland: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (two counts), operating after suspension and violating conditions of release.
Nicholas W. Dickinson, 42, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, aggravated criminal trespass and domestic violence criminal threatening. Also, violating conditions of release (two counts).
George E. Peaslee, 47, Presque Isle: assault and violating conditions of release.
Alex Carson, 18, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault (two counts); domestic violence terrorizing with a weapon, domestic violence criminal threatening with a weapon, domestic violence terrorizing and domestic violence criminal threatening.
Amber L. Bulley, 43, Presque Isle: assault (two counts).
Lucas D. Higgins, 39, Mapleton: tampering with a victim and violating conditions of release.
Anthony T. Beck, 46, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
Stephanie A. Carmichael, 42, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
