    Sporting undefeated records, the Presque Isle boys and girls basketball teams are among the top squads in Eastern Class B, according to the most recent Heal Points standings from the Maine Principals’ Association. 

    The following standings are for games played through Monday, Dec. 21.
Boys basketball
    In Eastern Class B, Presque Isle (5-0, 10.4938 points) is second. Camden Hills (5-0, 14.5988) is first in the 19-team region. The top 10 squads make the playoffs.
    In Eastern Class D, Central Aroostook (5-0, 9.6060) is first; Fort Fairfield (5-1, 8.1264) is third; Easton (3-2, 4.1667) is seventh; Washburn (3-1, 3.6420) is eighth; and Ashland (2-3, 1.111) is 13th. The top 10 teams make the playoffs.
Girls basketball
    In Eastern Class B, Presque Isle (6-0, 12.3457 points) is first in the 19-team region. The top 10 teams make the playoffs.
    In Eastern Class D, Fort Fairfield (6-0, 9.6133 points) is first; Central Aroostook (3-2, 5.6282) is third; Washburn (2-2, 4.0123) is sixth; Easton (3-1, 3.0864) is 10th; and Ashland (2-3, 2.3602) is 13th. The top 10 teams in the 20-team region make the playoffs.
Hockey
    In Eastern Class B, Presque Isle (4-1, 8.6574 points) is second while Brewer (4-1, 9.1975) is first. The top five teams qualify.
