In Riverside Park, located on the west side of Riverside Drive, the Elks will be serving shaved ice, popcorn and watermelon in an area just North of the City’s splash pad, which will be operating on July 4.
The “Soggy Bottom Boysz”, comprised of James “Sheldon” Wright, Leland Clark, Aegis Clark and other friends, will provide live music from the Gazebo at Riverside Park. Attendees should bring a lawn chair or other suitable outdoor seating.
At the north side of Riverside Park, young attendees will be eligible to participate in games and contests to win a huge variety of prizes.
“On this Fourth of July, Riverside Park in Presque Isle is the place to be. There will be something for everyone to enjoy while celebrating everything that makes this country the very best place on earth to live,” MacFarline said.
